Selling expired, damaged, altered, or duplicate products under our brand name is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of authorization.

3. Pricing & Brand Representation

Authorized sellers are expected to follow the official pricing policies and brand guidelines provided by Kalyaani Organic Productions. Misleading promotions, false claims, or unauthorized discounts that may harm the brand reputation are not permitted.

4. Order Fulfillment & Delivery

Sellers should maintain sufficient stock levels and ensure timely order processing and delivery. Products must be packaged hygienically and securely to preserve freshness, quality, and customer satisfaction.

5. Payment Terms

All transactions between Kalyaani Organic Productions and sellers will follow mutually agreed payment terms. Failure to comply with payment commitments may lead to suspension of supply or cancellation of partnership.

8. Termination of Partnership

Kalyaani Organic Productions reserves the right to suspend or terminate any seller partnership without prior notice if company policies are violated or if activities negatively affect the brand reputation.
