Please note that slight variations in texture, aroma, or color may naturally occur in organic and traditionally prepared products and do not qualify as defects.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the return or replacement procedure.

4. Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited through the original payment method used during purchase.
• Shipping and handling charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will gladly exchange the product with the same or a similar item based on product availability.

6. Non-Returnable Items
